Jan 08, 2018 · I have recently begun using Zoom video conferencing for my home business. I am getting frequent notifications that my internet connection is unstable, and the conference freezes up, and then in 25-30 seconds, resolves. Zoom says it's likely a router issue and that I'm not getting enough bandwidth. In the past 2 1/2 weeks I've been experiencing unstable internet connection. I'll get connection for awhile and then the connection goes off. It's been on and off and I did re-boot the modem numerous times and it's been iffy at best. However, I'm wondering if perhaps a more updated modem would be best.
