Reboot PS4, reboot router, clear and reopen UPnP have no use. I have to wait, sometimes 2-3 hours and things goes normal again. Is this the problem of my ISP, or I should do some settings? If somebody had ever played the game, you will know the game needs strong networking. If you disconnected during the battle it will have penalty.
